Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We offer multiple carrier options including UPS, FedEx, Purolator, and Canada Post so you can choose what works best.

  • Canada: Typically 1–5 business days after shipment
  • U.S.: Approximately 10–14 business days

Yes. Opened, used, clearance, and special-order items are not eligible for return.
