Terms of Service

Commercial Use
Products sold by Cleaning365 are intended for commercial and industrial use. The customer is responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their specific application
and that proper training, handling, and safety procedures are followed.

Bulk Orders & Custom Quotes
• Large volume or contract orders may be subject to custom pricing and terms
• Quotes are valid for a limited time and may change due to supplier cost
fluctuations
• Orders confirmed under a quote cannot be canceled without approval

Order Cancellations
• Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled
• Special order or non-stock items are non-cancellable and non-refundable
• Cancelled orders may be subject to a restocking or cancellation fee

Payment Terms
For approved accounts with payment terms:
• Payment is due within agreed terms (e.g., Net 30)
• Late payments may be subject to interest charges
• Cleaning365 reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts for overdue
balances

Pricing & Market Volatility
Due to fluctuations in raw materials, supply chain conditions, and manufacturer pricing:
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Confirmed orders may still be adjusted in rare cases of supplier increases or
errors
• Allocation limits may apply during product shortages

Freight & Delivery
• Freight deliveries may require dock access or liftgate service
• Additional charges may apply for missed deliveries or re-delivery attempts
• Customer is responsible for inspecting shipments upon arrival
Any damage or shortage must be reported within 48 hours.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• Cleaning365’s liability is limited to the value of the goods sold
• We are not responsible for loss of business, downtime, labour costs, or
indirect damages
• Product performance may vary depending on use, conditions, and environment

Product Suitability
Customers are responsible for:
• Testing products before full-scale use
• Ensuring compatibility with surfaces and environments
• Following all manufacturer guidelines and safety data sheets (SDS)

Agreement
By placing an order with Cleaning365, business customers agree to these additional
terms along with our standard Terms of Service.
